Discover your artistic talent and hone your skills in both drawing and painting. A Mixed Media approach gives you great versatility in creating images and conveying your own expressive ideas. These classes are an opportunity to learn about new media and their combined applications. Colour theory and fundamentals of art will be introduced through a series of exercises based on subjects such as still life, landscape and projects of personal interest.
We look at drawing in the creative process and then delve into the wet media. This course is great for beginners but would also suit experienced students wanting to move in style from realism to abstraction and experimentation.
Whether you are a novice painting for the first time or in search of new techniques and approaches, this class will provide a wealth of ideas and inspiration.
