This is a continuous painting course designed to either follow on from a beginners class or serve as a point of inspiration and discussion for more advanced students. We will work on 3 projects during the term which will give ample time to explore the techniques of both old masters and contemporary painters, along with touching on the techniques of glazing and painting in layers.
Students are welcome to choose their own subjects to paint under the guidance of an experienced teacher. In this setting students can also learn a great deal about painting from each other resulting in a rich and creative atmosphere.
